What is a "Neeva Nutty?"

Scott and the girls were goofing around one day long ago and Hannah declared him to be a "neeva nutty". Just a silly phrase she made up to describe him being silly. The phrase stuck and is part of our family culture, our family jargon. Our family story. Just know that if any of us call any of you a "neeva nutty", we say it with love.
